I have taken this parable and have used it as a metaphor for integrating a healthy/natural lifestyle. By making small changes, no matter how minimal they may seem can lead to additional changes that become habit. Over time these continual changes will blossom into a healthier natural lifestyle. Think of the tiny mustard seed as the lifestyle changes you choose to make and the Mustard Tree as optimal health.
